What PropSignals is

PropSignals is a property acquisition intelligence service. It screens property opportunities against acquisition criteria that you define, and presents evidence-based analysis to help you decide what warrants further investigation. PropSignals evaluates properties against the criteria you set — it does not tell you what to buy, and a classification such as “Strong Match” reflects fit with your stated mandate, not a recommendation or guarantee of investment performance.

What PropSignals is not

PropSignals is not an estate agent, property sourcer, buying agent, letting agent, mortgage adviser, financial adviser, investment adviser, conveyancer or surveyor, and does not provide any of those regulated or professional services. PropSignals does not provide financial, mortgage, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing on this website should be relied upon as such. You should seek appropriate independent professional advice — including a survey, valuation, and legal and financial advice as appropriate — before making any property purchase decision.

No guaranteed outcomes

PropSignals does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any property information, does not guarantee rental income, yields, capital growth or any other investment outcome, and does not guarantee that any property presented to you will be suitable for your circumstances. Where evidence behind a figure is estimated rather than independently verified, this is labelled clearly — an “Estimated” figure is not a verified fact, and an “Unknown” label means we did not have sufficient reliable evidence to provide a figure at all.

Membership applications

Submitting a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application against existing acquisition coverage, among other factors, and applicants may be accepted, held for further review, or placed on a waiting list. Submitting an application does not create a contract, an account, or an obligation to pay, and does not itself collect payment.
